PDI Industries was built by people who have spent their careers in trucking and freight. We got tired of platforms that take a lot and give back little, so we built one that does right by the driver.
PDI Industries is a freight and logistics company built for independent owner-operators and small fleets across North America. We give carriers what they need to keep moving and stay profitable: freight, same-day pay through our factoring partner, the PDI fuel card, dispatch, and legal protection, all through one partner who answers the phone. Insurance and a repair network are coming soon.

PDI is run by people who have spent their working lives in freight. Here is who you are working with.
Sean Kirby
Co-Owner, President & CEO
Sean started as an owner-operator, became a fleet owner, then moved into brokerage, and PDI is the company he built out of that. He runs it toward industrial freight: steel, building materials, and the oversize and overweight loads a lot of brokers pass on.
Jesse Neaves
Co-Owner & Managing Partner
Thirty years in transportation and Jesse has done most of it: drove, built a thirty-five-truck carrier and sold it, then spent the years since brokering every mode that runs over the road. He is the partner who has sat on both sides of a rate conversation and gives the shipper and the driver the same number.
Jack Johnson
Chief Marketing Officer
Jack comes from a sales and marketing background across multiple industries. At PDI he handles all of the marketing campaigns and the PDI platform itself.
Cynthia Phelps
Factoring
Cynthia handles factoring for PDI, from the application through to the funder's decision, and she is the one a carrier actually talks to.
Maddy Warren
Broker, Flatbed & Specialized
Maddy runs PDI's flatbed and specialized division, so flatbed, step deck, hot shot and cargo van all come to her. Open-deck freight goes wrong in expensive ways, and she plans a load before she books it.
Autumn Allen
Broker, Van & Reefer
Autumn has PDI's van and reefer side, so dry van and temperature-controlled freight routes to her. Reefer is where a missed appointment or a couple of degrees turns into a claim, so she stays with a load instead of handing it down the desk.
