Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PDI Industries LLC platform, including our load board, factoring portal, and carrier services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must hold a valid FMCSA operating authority or be a licensed freight broker to use carrier-facing services. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements.
Broker status
PDI Industries LLC is a licensed property broker. USDOT 4316067. MC 1683157. We arrange transportation with authorized motor carriers. We do not transport freight as a motor carrier. Independent motor carriers haul loads under their own operating authority.
2. Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile current. PDI may suspend accounts with false or outdated FMCSA information.
3. Load board
Loads posted on the PDI load board are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Booking a load constitutes agreement to the rate and terms shown at the time of booking. Carriers are responsible for all regulatory compliance during transport.
4. Factoring services
Factoring services are provided by a third-party factoring company. The factoring agreement, including advances, rates, recourse provisions, and funding decisions, is between you and the factor. PDI Industries is not a party to that agreement. PDI advances no funds and carries no factoring risk. PDI refers carriers to the factor and may receive a referral fee when a carrier is approved and funded.
5. Payment
PDI charges platform fees as disclosed at the time of service enrollment. See the fee disclosure shown before any charge. All fees are in USD. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and referral to collections.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform to post fraudulent loads, misrepresent your authority or insurance, or engage in double brokering. Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
7. Limitation of liability
PDI's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for cargo loss, accidents, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
9. Changes
PDI may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
PDI Assistant
The PDI Assistant uses an outside AI model. It can make mistakes. Its responses are not financial or legal advice. Check important information before you act. Do not enter sensitive personal or business information. Our Privacy Policy explains how chats are processed.
